The moderation tab allows you to drill down and respond to all the social activity.  It's very easy 

to search for specific keywords or people, sort by geo markets or even look at sentiment, types 

of influencer or languages spoken -- if the post or comment has been read or unread, all the 

different users, predetermined keywords or predetermined categories.   This example is for 

Facebook but it can easily be done in Yelp, Youtube, Twitter or Instagram.
