A Facebook location is any single Facebook page (example: facebook.com/nike). Clickable allows you to pull owned data for any account you have admin (authorization) access to, or public data for any page you want to monitor or benchmark against, such as a competitor page.

To add a new Facebook location(s) to the dashboard (Note: you must have admin permissions):

  1. Go to Admin > Locations

  2. Click the blue "Add Location" button.

  3. The "Add Location" window will appear. Make sure you stay on the "Facebook" tab.

If you want to add a location you have admin access to, click the blue "Connect Business Page(s) you OWN".
If you want to add a public location, click the blue "Connect Other Brands' Facebook Business Page(s)"

Adding an OWNED Location:

  1. Click the blue "Connect Business Page(s) you OWN" button.

  2. Choose to either authorize your location now, or authorize later.

  3. If you choose to authorize now, you will be prompted to log in to your Facebook account and select the account you want to authorize.

If you choose to authorize later, you will be taken to a screen where you can bulk upload your locations. You can either search for pages by typing in the page name, OR type the page url or pageid into the search box.
(Note: You can add any number of locations before clicking the "Connect" button).

  4. Click the blue "Connect" button when you are finished.
