A YouTube location is any single YouTube channel (example: youtube.com/user/CocaCola). Clickable allows you to pull owned data for any account you have admin (authorization) access to, or public data for any channel you want to monitor or benchmark against, such as a competitor page.

To add a new YouTube location(s) to the dashboard (Note: you must have admin permissions):

  1. Go to Admin > Locations

  2. Click the blue "Add Location" button.

  3. The "Add Location" window will appear. On the left side, scroll down and select the YouTube tab.

If you want to add a location you have admin access to, click the blue "Connect Channel you OWN".
If you want to add a public location, click the blue "Connect Other Brands' YouTube Channel".

Adding an OWNED Location:

  1. Click the blue "Connect Channel you OWN" button.

  2. Choose to either authorize your location now, or authorize later.

  3. If you choose to authorize now, you will be prompted to log in to your YouTube account and select the account you want to authorize.

If you choose to authorize later, you will be taken to a screen where you can bulk upload your locations. You can either search for channels by typing in the channel name, OR type the channel url into the search box.
(Note: You can add any number of locations before clicking the "Connect" button).

  4. Click the blue "Connect" button when you are finished.
